Refund Policy 

  • Effective Date: July 29, 2025

  • No Refunds: No refunds are issued for membership fees (Crystal Clear Club, Lakeview Shine Club, WindowPro Alliance) due to the 3-month non-cancelable commitment.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if services cannot be performed due to company fault, at management’s discretion.

  • Payment Disputes: Contact support@yourdomain.com within 7 days of billing for review.

  • Partial Service: No partial refunds for completed or partially completed services.

  • Changes: Policy updates will be posted with the new effective date.
